Origin & Region
Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia — sourced from Brazilian farms in Cerrado, Colombian cooperatives in Huila and Cauca, Guatemalan producers in the volcanic regions of Antigua and Huehuetenango, and Ethiopian smallholder farms in Guji. Together these regions represent some of the world’s most celebrated coffee-growing areas.

Brazilian beans (900–1,400m) use pulped natural processing for sweetness and body, Colombian beans (1,200–1,800m) are fully washed for clarity and brightness, Guatemalan beans (1,500–2,000m) are washed for balanced complexity, and Ethiopian beans (1,850–2,100m) are washed for floral elegance. These varied methods create a layered cup with chocolate richness, fruit brightness, and balanced sweetness.
